New Affordable Housing Developments in East Austin

Austin is set to expand its affordable housing stock with the development of over 200 units in East Austin's Seabrook Square. This project, funded with $74.5 million in construction financing, aims to provide affordable housing options to meet the city's growing demand. The development, spearheaded by the Austin Housing Department in collaboration with the NHP Foundation and Capital A Housing, is expected to be completed in phases by 2026.
