AUSTIN– Austin is preparing for its lively Pride Month celebrations this August, which will feature a variety of thrilling events that honor diversity and inclusion.

While numerous communities commemorate Pride in June, Austin's festivities will be the focal point later in the summer, culminating in the annual Pride Parade and Festival.

**TuezGayz** is a noteworthy weekly event. It is conducted every Tuesday at Barbarella, 615 Red River St. This iconic event, specifically designed for "the girls, the gays, and the they die1," is hosted by DJ Glitoris and features a new theme each week.

Themes range from stunning drag performances to tributes to Ariana Grande. "What about Saturdays?" False. TuezGayz? Doors open at 9:30 p.m., and there is no cover charge before 10:30 p.m. The mantra of this vibrant night is "Yes!"

The celebration commences at 7 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, at Cheer Up Charlies, located at 900 Red River St. The event will continue until 1 a.m.

Attendees are encouraged to don their most glamorous attire for an evening of extraordinary performances by Brigitte Bandit, KindKeith, Grace Gardner, and DJ DragonnQueen. The event's promotion encourages attendees to "grab their glam squad, don their glitz, and werk it out!"

During the month of August, you will have the opportunity to take part in the celebrations and observe the charming atmosphere of Austin Pride, which is centered on love and inclusion.
