Austin faces a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday morning, especially before 9 a.m., with patchy fog clearing by 7 a.m. The morning high will be 67°F, with a daytime low of 59°F. Winds will shift northward at 10-15 mph, with gusts reaching 25 mph.

By Wednesday night, cooler weather sets in, with largely clear skies and lows around 40°F. The north wind, which was originally forceful, will calm tonight.

The coming week offers bright skies, with highs in the mid-60s and lows in the mid-40s. Saturday brings sunny weather with a high approaching 65°F and light southeast winds, while Sunday brings mostly sunny skies and a high of 66°F.
